We use a standardized grading system ranging from 'New with Tags' to 'Gently Loved.' Detailed condition notes and high-resolution photos are provided on each product page.
What is your return policy for resale goods?
Due to the unique nature of consigned luxury goods, all sales are final. However, if an item is found to be significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, and all packages require a signature upon delivery for security.
