At The Vault Luxury Resale, we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our curated designer collection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all luxury brand tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included and intact.

• 3.
  Ship to The Vault

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and original security tags, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
